Step 1: Tap the more button on the bottom right of your screen.

Step 2: Tap on your primary gym (it should say Reebok CrossFit Frankston)

Step 3: Tap on change my primary gym

Step 4: Tap on join my gym

Step 5: Search for The Forte Method and enter the code 0520tfm
